@Oojameflip1@SeddSezz He should’ve been charged on Dec 4. In light of what was on the 999 call and videos @HantsPolice & @CPSUK have access to, it baffles many to why he’s not charged with manslaughter & PCJ. He must’ve known. Why was he was allowed 6 months of freedom & given unconditional bail?
@mhh02@SeddSezz Who knows? There doesn’t appear to be any consistency. Not a lot makes sense at the moment and does indicate a two tier within the Police and CPS / justice system.
@BasilTheGreat This has been happening for a while. I had an appointment show up in my nhs app and literally 90 seconds later it was cancelled and I didn’t appear back on the waiting list for 4 months!
@Artemisfornow I can’t fathom, why the family haven’t been charged with manslaughter, esp the brother. They knew the mum hid the murder weapon, so knew it had been used. They all assisted in Henry’s fate. The brother was found & later charged with weapons possession, in his car at the scene.

@Benleo@AllisonPearson Can @Keir_Starmer explain if there’s not 2 tier why V Digwa’s dad & brother have been freed on unconditional bail for offensive weapons found the day after the murder. Why are they not charged with manslaughter? Why are they free to roam whilst 3 protesters remain in custody?
@KingBobIIV And the dad & brother of Digwa were granted unconditional bail for possession of offensive weapons found the day after the murder. They were only charged after the trial concluded and are still free to roam! Two Tier indeed! Why aren’t they charged with manslaughter?

@JackieD86388657 They must’ve just updated with a new match in July. I think this is a great way for people who are able, can show they care in a meaningful way. If you can’t donate then consider attending in person.
@JackieD86388657 I donated to the 2wish charity, as this was what was requested on his memorial page. It was for a football match in February, but you can still donate - https://t.co/EkqtmiGMgz
@DonnaDlm71 Whatever the outcome, public confidence depends on investigations being independent, transparent and free from any perception of bias. Accountability strengthens policing—it doesn't undermine it. Please sign and share my petition 🙏

@darrengrimes Especially when Digwas father and brother were only charged this week for having offensive weapons on Dec 4th. They were both unconditionally bailed.
He was just a normal British lad — with his whole life ahead of him.
And now, thanks to the actions of a Sikh, and the neglect and serious failures of the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary, his family will never be able to see him again.
Rest in peace, Henry Nowak.
