We’ve been working on building awareness of our speech through self-monitoring. This student and I both practiced R sounds in words and rated yes if they sounded strong and no if they could be stronger! Such a simple but effective tool #speechtherapy#selfmonitoring
We love incorporating books/reading out loud into speech therapy! We read a fall book and looked for words with our sounds in them and practiced these words using our clear speech. This student found SO many “R” words to practice 🗣️#speechtherapy#readingrocks
