.@Anthropologie I just need screws and bolts that are required to install the handles on my nightstands that i ordered ~2 months ago. Kindly send the needed hardware ASAP. I cannot believe how ridiculously long of an experience this has been....order placed on OCT 29....

.@Anthropologie my nightstands were delivered but WITHOUT hardware. I don't have screws and bolts to attach the handles. I've called twice and twice I've been told the hardware will be overnighted. Today is Dec 13. No hardware has been delivered.

.@Anthropologie your customer service team needs a lot of help. I place an order on Oct 29, 2024 for two nightstands and a dresser. Two attempts to deliver my dresser were made, but the dresser was damaged both times, and now the dresser is on backorder until February.
