Our P3-7 took part in the BBC Science Live Lesson last week linked to Frozen Planet II, filmed on board RRS Discovery. We followed up the lesson by conducting our own science experiments to see how the blubber keeps the arctic animals warm #AimingHigh #FrozenPlanet2 @BBC_Teach

Lots of fun at AberlemnoPS to celebrate Day 1 of Maths Week Scotland. We designed our own hopscotch games for breaks, played noughts and crosses outside and joined our 'reading buddies' to play maths games and complete STEM activities this afternoon. #aiminghigh #MathsWeekScot

P7 were visited by Dundee Stars, the local ice hockey team, this week. They discussed healthy lifestyles, becoming a professional athlete and also taught the children some hockey skills. Both classes really enjoyed their afternoon. Huge thanks to @DundeeStars @angusalive 🏒👍
