it takes 2 hours to open this account so the soonest I could get in is Saturday!! Then why did it let me make the appointment for that?? How else could I know that if no one answers the phone???? Moral of the story.. going tomorrow to Bank of America where they actually care.

@Chase Customer service is AWFUL!! been trying for weeks to open an account for a baseball team... No one answer THE PHONE! It doesn’t matter what time of day or which branch!!! I made an appointment online for today at 5 at a branch and got there for them to tell me..
