A3: Did a mock interview with an 11th grader that I've known since 6th grade. I never knew that he had such a passion for being a chef and he told me he's never told a teacher about it before. We went straight to his counselor to talk about options! #PrincipalOfficeHours

A4: the rebirth of the snail mail communication. I've found that emails and phone calls have become white noise to students and parents so I mail letters, notes, and event invitations. Also a great way to reach non-English speaking families! #PrincipalOfficeHours

A2 during a tough week I try to make it a point to check in in person and give a kudos. Emails get lost and can be overwhelming but a 30 second hello has made a big difference for some of my teachers. #PrincipalOfficeHours
