@CristiTilden Have you tried iron sucrose? That’s a gentle form of iron, much better than the standard iron sulfate. Iron sucrose doesn’t constipate or cause upset stomach.
@MrsSkippyPetro I can do basic crocheting and I do knitting in the winter. I’ve got a half-finished scarf from the winter that I didn’t finish so I’ll pull that back out when the evenings get dark sooner.
Friends, please be in prayer for my MIL. She is in the ER with what we think is a heart attack. Please pray for my husband and his dad who are with her in the ER. We love her so much and she is a precious, valuable member of our family!
I’m going with Sawtooth Star blocks, 25 on each side, 50 total for the 50 states. White/cream backgrounds with red/blue stars. Maybe sneak peak pics to come. Or I may only do a reveal once it’s done!
@meatypepper Wow, bless your heart. I was not that strong at 2 weeks postpartum - mentally or physically. I’m so glad you escaped the maze of the hospital halls. You’re a strong lady!!
@Lady_Grimaldus I find the author is practical, which I appreciate since I am, too, and not dogmatic. She gives multiple ways to do EC and potty training and emphasizes doing what works for you/best for your family while encouraging you to be consistent and stay the course.
@FraserBerryFarm He learned bladder control by about day 2 and has peed in his little potty for the first time on day 7. We do “diaper-free time” after breakfast because I know he poops then. He only wears cotton training underwear (UpAiry) during the day and a disposable diaper overnight.
@FraserBerryFarm Yes, it’s basically EC any time before 18 months. It was standard practice to train once they could walk before disposable diapers were invented. It was always my plan to start training my children once they started walking. Patience and just go with the flow. They’ll learn.
Also, buy UpAirys training pants. They’re cotton but lined so they won’t leak. Excellent way to teach bladder control. Amazon has them, $45 for 10 pairs, vendor is YIKG. Don’t get them off the upairy website. Those are $35 for 5 pairs, “buy two pairs get three pairs free!”
Remigration solves this.
Go to https://t.co/h2FixvZnjK and sign the first-ever patriotic European Citizens’ Initiative so we can force Brussels to take action.
Let me tell y’all why this is the best cleaner/stain remover EVER:
This has gotten all the pet stains, throw up, and just now, ketchup, out of our cream-colored carpet. It has never once failed me. Don’t bother with carpet stain remover. It’s a sham. Go for HEB’s product.
@MrsCMFrancis There’s additional assistance on the app with nutritional support, help from RD’s, recipes. It helps you track macros.
I also go on a walk pushing the children in the stroller every day. This gives me resistance exercise and some cardio.
@MrsCMFrancis I have used the LoseIt! App and found it to be most helpful. I was able to lose weight before pregnancy and now I’ve lost weight postpartum with this app. It helps you determine BMR, activity level, and necessary calories for your goal weigh loss. High protein works well for me.
