@official_faithm Unfortunately they only did call backs for 2 hours out of the 8 hours per day the phone lines were manned. So call backs 9-11 and lines open 11-5. I feel disappointed because I thought that the call back was an alternative to phoning. We did both. We didn’t get tickets. 😢
