@kylea_nicole @DIRECTV They also started us into a new contract during that time period and tried to make me pay for services and equipment I never received! After fighting for 3 more months (I had already switched providers) they finally fixed it. It was a huge headache! Hope you guys get it fixed!

@kylea_nicole @DIRECTV They are awful! When we moved they were supposed to come the next day. After cancelling on us 4 different times and close to a month without any tv I had had enough. We were past our contract so I said I was switching to someone else. 🙄
