~It’s a special age where almost every vocabulary word is brand new. 💡
~It’s a ✨Magical✨ age where you are able to sing, dance, play musical instruments, wear silly head gear, all while learning & growing together.

Grateful to Officer Vargas for visiting our Pre K ducklings 🐥 ~First, he shared how he keeps us safe at school. Then, he answered some good questions from 3 & 4 year olds! 😂 Last, he created a color page with him & his son as the main characters.

I’m often asked who made a big impact on your life. It’s, without a doubt, Ken Blanchard. author of the One Minute Manger, Raving Fans and more. Ken is one of the kindest human beings on earth. He loves everyone, looks to serve others, and encourages and teaches audiences and readers with heart, humor, humility, purpose and passion. He changed the way the world leads by teaching leaders to focus on catching people doing things right. By recognizing and reinforcing the things your team is doing right, the more they will do things right.

Ken’s books have sold tens of millions of copies and yet if you met him he would ask you questions and want to learn from you.

He wrote the Foreword to The Energy Bus and is a big reason why it became a hit around the world. He believed in me and had a huge impact on my life.

I remember a voicemail I received at 4am after he read the manuscript for my book The Carpenter. He was crying and shared a story about his father and how the book touched him. It was one of the great moments of my life.

He invited me and my family to his house for Father’s Day when we were visiting San Diego about 19 years ago. This was his day with his family but he made time to include us.

Who does that? Ken Blanchard does!

His example made me want to be a better man, father, leader, writer and I can honestly say without him there’s not this version of me. He put his fingerprint on my soul.

I think it’s important that we publicly honor those who paved the way for us, encouraged us and impacted our life.
