Thread: AMAZING NEWS!!! The Honourable Justice Murray Sinclair has pledged $5000 to help send my Grade 8 class at Deerwood School to Winnipeg June 20-23, 2023 for an Indigenous Studies field trip with a focus on reconciliation. He is challenging Thompson to support this class!

@ZBettess @cameroncflamand No. My understanding is it is free, but to teach it, you must be trained by a Project 11 team member first. I was going to get the whole staff trained in one meeting.

@cameroncflamand @ZBettess Just curious-hard how? Is it lack of interest or the mental health promotion and suicide topics? I understand it will be hard for some of your students as they may have experienced more hardship than others.
