Well-being in action… if you run a club for half a term (6 weeks) at my school you get TOIL a day of your choice. Kids and staff both benefit! This is open to all staff - including me! Having run a club in autumn and spring today I’m taking a day to rest 🥰

@KatieAmery @HughJRichards Needed to hear/ read this! 👏 felt guilty for my early return off mat leave but liked being ‘Laura’ and Mrs S again (which obvs flooded me with mum guilt again…). Horrendous battle of washing, trying to get to the gym, keep on top of school but we’re not alone ❤️
