Played a game of Hungry Hungry Hippos to introduce forces and motion in science! They worked really hard on pushing and pulling their “hippos”!!!

Admin, when you observe a teacher, especially informally, don’t feel you have to critique EVERY time. Too often teachers are told, "you did great BUT", instead, " Leave the BUTS behind”. Let them know what they did well & move on. Leave them feeling validated & appreciated!

In writing today, we investigated the 2 questions and set goals for ourselves- “what am I doing well at as a writer and what do I work on next?”
This made witting conferences really simple today!!🙃
