Mrs. Shivak's class wore their pajamas to school and hats as a reward for collecting a lot of money for Pennies for Patients. We've been sorting and counting all the money each day. Doing for others and learning are fun!

@5thAveSchool @BayShoreSchools Mrs. Shivak's class celebrated New Year's with traditions from around the world. Children swallowed noodles whole, banged a gong, read fortunes, ate 12 grapes, watched their homemade version of the ball drop, and banged in 2020!
