@kaoota61 @emmabrice3 @DrEricLevi To be fair, as a teacher, I realise that when I wear a mask it can make it more difficult for children (especially those from a different language background or with hearing difficulties) to understand me clearly. I will try to mitigate that in various ways while wearing my mask.

@MattE_Said I was also thinking that the problem with suggesting leaving the way to allocate more planning time up to principals in a flexible way, rather than increasing RFF time across the board, is that it will likely become inequitable within and between schools.

@MattE_Said I think there are ways that it can be done, but if you have SLSOs doing duty, for instance, you will need to reframe their level of duty of care and responsibility. I would imagine that would require a pay raise.
