What a day son been struggling with meltdowns #autism #adhd #spd , me hubby son had flue jabs today I had #COVID one too , my #menapause #fibromyalgia brain put toilet roles in to the washer buggerd up clothes. Roll on next few days dealing with side affects jabs. Could be worse.
