@LADWP Day 3 power out in Windsor Square / Larchmont Blvd. Businesses on east side can’t open and many residential blocks dark. 2 major traffic lights out - incredibly dangerous situation. And yet we hear “no one reported a problem in your area” or area is “Level 3 - low priority.” ?
