Class 10 have been learning about World War II, I bought my Grandad’s Medals in to show the kids along with a photograph of him age 20. Afterwards we made an Anderson Shelter in the gym and Mr Lomax read war poems whilst an air raid siren went off.

It was Class 10’s turn to provide the Key Stage 4/5 Assembly this week. In true SJV style our amazing Amy sang her heart out to Bruno Mars - “Count on Me”, which fitted in with the theme of Anti-Bullying week of “One Kind Word.”
