This is why I work my tail off from 7:45-3:20. And turn off email notifications unless I’m at school. Because then I go home & have my own family/children/other responsibilities. I love my job, and I want to continue to love my job. Burnout doesn’t make that happen.

I spent virtual study hall on the playground today. Chatted with some Ss, got a sunshine fix, & warmed up for the first time all day. Sometimes this is what #selfcare looks like. Other times it’s turning off email notifications when you’re not at work. Find what works & do it!
