During our Data Management unit we are reviewing our mental math (multiplication) using 3 number cubes to find the product of our rolls. We are collecting 30 pieces of data and then organizing it in a relative frequency table and a stem and leaf plot. @BerriganSchool@OCDSB
Working with Math riddles today as we practice our mental math. Can you find both solutions? We then challenged our partners by writing our own riddles. @OCDSB
We are learning to represent patterns in a table of values and how to use these values to graph a linear pattern and use this to solve a problem. @BerriganSchool@OCDSB
Our first Knowledgehook game show in Math today reviewing what we have learned, to date, in our place value unit. Students were excited to compete. @BerriganSchool@OCDSB

Using dice to practice our mental math, collect data from our rolls, represent and organize our data in a stem and leaf plot, frequency table and a bar graph with intervals. Then analyzing our data using mean, median and mode! Lots of learning happening today!@BerriganSchool
