Carisa Quintanilla, Audry Vaughn, and Sara Mousavi from Frenship High School competed in the National STAR Event Competition at the FCCLA National Leadership Conference June 30-July 4. Brooke Pugh and Reagan Erculiani, chapter officers, also attended.

Students in Interior Design constructed and decorated Gingerbread Houses after learning about housing styles, the housing market, and architecture and construction. Today they put their Gingerbread Houses up for sale. They spoke with clients about all their house had to offer.
Mrs. Barnett's five Mentor 1 and 2 classes put together stockings for the students they work with on our elementary and middle school campuses. 129 mentor students will provide these gifts to over 250 mentees! They will deliver their stockings this week and next week.
Kindness Week at FHS has begun! Student Council has planted this kindness tree by the cafeteria and students are encouraged to take a note and stick it to someone! Thanks to these tigers for fostering a culture of kindness in our school!
FHS Interior Design students practiced arranging a dorm room this week! They measured a 200 square foot room and made furniture pieces from butcher paper. They arranged the furniture based on different scenarios to think about student needs, traffic flow, and comfortable living!
