@pullandbear Been dealing with P&B for over a month after they sent the wrong item. My son’s worn it, so returning it for an identical replacement is pointless and wasteful. They refuse to issue a voucher to fix their mistake — why not just put the customer and environment first?
@PullandBear, I received the wrong item in my order and complained a week ago—still no response. You admitted the mistake but insist I return the worn item for a refund, only to repurchase the exact same thing. This is wasteful for both the environment and your business.
