We've had a wonderful half-term of Excellence in Written Work, with 2574 rewards being awarded to our students! It has been great to celebrate these high standards in school and we are looking forward to seeing more of this next half-term! Congratulations to this week's winners!

We have had a positive start to the week! Our students are working hard in their learning and we have seen great examples of this during lesson visits! Also, our teachers are completing Celebration of Effective Practice Week, visiting lessons and spotlighting excellent teaching.

The Stresshog is looking a little worse for wear as today marks the end of our GCSE French speaking exams! Time to put him in hibernation until our Y10 mocks. The students look forward to the big stress toy reveal for each exam and it brings some joy to a stressful situation 🦔🇫🇷

A Saturday morning revision session for my lovely Year 11 French class! I’m very proud of them all for giving up some of their weekend to come into school. It was great to have additional revision time with them as we get ready for the upcoming exam season 🇫🇷.

Back to school today and it was great to hear so many students talking about our Easter school trip to Paris! It wouldn’t have been possible without the help of the wonderful team of staff that volunteered their time to support the trip. What an incredible four days! 🇫🇷

What an incredible four days in Paris! We hope that our students had the best time making French memories with their friends and staff. Thank you to all parents and families for supporting with collecting students from school when we returned last night! 🇫🇷☀️

After a wonderful time in Paris, we have arrived back in England! It has been a great few days away in France and we are now on the final stretch of our journey home to school. Our students have behaved amazingly throughout the trip and have made us very proud! 🇫🇷

We had a wonderful day at Disneyland Paris yesterday! The students had an excellent time, with lots of different rides, after we started the day all riding ‘It’s a small world’ together. It was a perfect last full day in Paris with more sunshine and lots of happy students! 🇫🇷

Yesterday was another amazing day in Paris! We visited the Eiffel Tower, enjoyed a river cruise on the Seine, competed in a French challenge and ended the day with some frogs legs! The students have behaved exceptionally and we are ready for another exciting day today! 🇫🇷

We had a lovely first evening in Paris! Our students were excellent throughout the day and behaved brilliantly during our long journey. Today is going to be another busy day exploring Paris and we are very excited! À bientôt! 🇫🇷

After a very early start this morning, our Paris Trip journey is progressing well! We enjoyed some sunshine on the ferry deck before arriving in Calais. Now, we are en route to Paris! 🇫🇷
