Marble maze designs are being brought to life in year 6 this morning. They are loving being able to work together and problem solving. I can’t wait to see them completed @TurnfurlongJSch

Today we had a visit from Agent Y. Year 6 were required to plan a spying mission, discover Hitler’s V1 and V2 rocket development programme and then come up with a plan to stop the rockets hitting London. What a day 😃They loved it! #spies #missioncomplete @TurnfurlongJSch

Browsing y6 books this week &found these palindrome poems based on @brian_bilston ‘s brilliant ‘The Refugees’. Some chose to try their hand at his amazing reverse - read it forwards - then backwards. They loved studying the poem &were very inspired! @moses_brian @WritingRocks_17

It’s that time of year again 🕵️‍♀️ 🔍. Year 6 have worked really hard this week on their Spy application letters. Now our most senior agents have the hard task deciding who gets what role. Can’t wait to see their faces on Tuesday. @TurnfurlongJSch
