Yesterday, a student called me gammy, as in grandma. He apologized immediately and said he felt comfortable in my room, just like at gammy's! 🤣

Teachers,

I know that so many of you are called “mom” or “dad” on a daily basis, but what is the funniest/sweetest thing a student ever called you? 🍎😂❤️

No teacher should have to bring work home to complete in the evening or on weekends, but many do and it has to change.

No teacher should have to work extra jobs over the summer or during the school year to survive, but many do and this also has to change.
