Teachers, I need some reassurance. I picked up my Y11 towards the end of year 10, and their recent mocks show that. It feels like I've got a massive climb to get them where they need to be. It can be achieved, right? Gifs welcome! 🙂👍

ITT Coordinator tip: Use ECTs for sessions with ITTs. The ECTs will feel valued, and it's great for the ITTs to see staff who can relate to what they're going through right now. A successful session tonight! 🥳
