I have sent a complaint email regarding the treatment of my bereaved family member. This is urgent. ‼️

A reply from them yesterday evening was generic and has not resolved anything.
What else do we do to get some support
She is still left with no insurance, 3 children, a 90yr old father-in-law in hospital and no way to travel.

@lyndsdive85 I am BRAND NEW to apple learning. I’m HoD for English at a new SEND school where all pupils have iPads. I’d love some ideas to support their learning in English/Literacy. Reading ages range from -6 to 12. Pupils are comfortable with using iPads, I’m a complete beginner. Help 🤞🏻
