@British_Airways I am literally about to lose it -I have now been cut off by your operatives TWICE whilst chasing a refund from you due in May, and that’s not counting the numerous times you wouldn’t put me through or the 30 minute wait for each call. Someone needs to call me now
@billyd84@grantshapps It’s so frustrating isn’t it. 3 weeks from the announcement is 28th May, with it coming into force 3 weeks from 17th May which is 7th June. Let’s hope they told the truth when they said “every 3 weeks” 🤞🏻🤞🏻
@grantshapps this is the third week since you announced the green countries list. Please can you confirm when you will be announcing any revisions to this? “Every 3 weeks” suggests it should be this week!
@British_Airways But you’ve gone from a flight a day (2 on Saturdays with the additional flight you put on recently) to twice a week?? And when I spoke to customer services in the week our flight was pretty full? It doesn’t make sense and it isolates loyal customers. I’d really like to understand
So disappointed with @British_Airways cancelling flights to Malta - last week you put on an extra flight and now you’ve cancelled both! Very upset children right now!!

@LoveFoodBK absolutely disgusted that you just turned a 3 year old away who needed the toilet because you were “closing”. We certainly won’t visit this “kid friendly” place again and would advise others not to. Disgraceful! 😡

@greateranglia Yes I know that - what I’m asking is are any other trains going to stop as an additional stop - this has just happened on the Chelmsford route? I will have been here 40 mins by the time the 14.02 arrives with a toddler who is currently potty training...
