If government can’t bring themselves to commit to inflation matching pay rises, then commit to 4 day teaching weeks.

One whole day out of class for PPA and subject leadership tasks.

Fund it and reduce workload rather than increasing pay, if pay packets are really the issue.

I really want my new year's resolution to be reading for pleasure. To read as many books as possible from different genres, authors, eras etc. and just try to find the love for it again.
