@WhistleblowingT ECTs are so valuable to the profession it’s sad you’re not being supported. What’s your subject? Where are you based? How far will you travel? I’m sure between us we could get you a role in another school where you will be supported and happy.

Baby 2: 1 day before due date, she was forced out 16 days later
Baby 3: 3 days before due date, she arrived on the due date!
There is no rule. Listen to your body. Health comes first.

@debrakidd Staff can choose whether to do them from home or at school. We just make the expectations clear - uninterrupted private space etc.
