@WhistleblowingT I did the move from Secondary to Primary but still teaching my subject, not as a class teacher. I love the role, it is a lot more creative than Secondary. I would also happily still teach Secondary, as the move wasn't because I disliked Secondary.
@microbit_edu Does anyone have any successful ways of storing a class set of MicroBits? Up until now we have loaned them from our computing hub, but I can see our very own set is now on the way π
@TsuiAllen I am very sorry to hear this Allen. The saying about one door closing and another opening I am sure will be the case for you. Your expertise and passion for computing & technology & science will be highly sought-after.
@bebrasuk Hi, it looks like the UK website is currently down. Is it likely to be back running again tomorrow? I have all my classes doing quizzes I have created this week π€ Thanks π
@DeputyPeake We have a PPA team for music, computing and French (part-time). We are a 3-form entry, so this allows the class teachers in a year group to have their PPA together whilst we teach the whole year group on a rotation.

@MRMICT @KizzyCoder@TsuiAllen@ICT_MrP There is a free course available through TeachComputing if this is an area of CPD you are focussing on: https://t.co/2hL2IVnu93
@TsuiAllen Ours is needing some work on the careers aspect, but after the STEM ambassadors presentation I can get some ambassadors on board to help reach the next level. Have you tried the 360degree safe tool? Very similar to the CQF but with an online and digital safety focus.
@CodeClub My Yr5 Code Club launched today and we all started with Code Club World and the home island activities. What a great creation - we look forward to starting on Scratch island next week!
