@aimbaldwinPE Lots of research & visit if you can. A strong application should be personalised to the school you're applying to. Doing that takes time so only apply to schools you really want to work in. Explain why your values align (& only apply if they do!). Hope you find a lovely school!

@MrsFred10 @MrTs_NQTs Totally understand as an ECT with 3 children! I survive with lists, planning meals, a v supportive husband & great colleagues. Have to accept times when one role will be busier than other. Dedicate quality time with family in chunks at weekend & hols. You've got this! xx
