⚠️rant incoming!
I’m classless this term as my maternity leave is organised from term 2 onwards. However, I’ve been completely blindsided and am now a full time y11 tutor (after giving up my own y9 tutor group at the end of last term)

On top of this, INSET was so full on today that we had less than 1 hour of personal time to get planning done. I’ve got nothing to deliver to the group for 1.5 hours on Monday and am being stubborn about working over the weekend. 🥲

.. without knowing these children. They’ve come from groups where their OG tutors already know them really well! Just feel that I’ve been taken advantage of for having “nothing to do” 😭
