@Actionjackson @BurgerKing @CareersWeek I worked all day on a Saturday in a local hairdressers and got £10 for the days work. Sometimes the older ladies would tip me for washing their hair well so I remember coming out one Saturday with £19 and feeling rich!

If you want to gauge culture in your school, start by watching the way in which staff come in to work in the morning.

If staff are already saying "roll on Friday" when they start the week, there's something not quite right!
