@Ryanair @RyanairPress @askryanair 8 weeks since claim submitted, 6 weeks since I was told I was getting my refund and yet STILL awaiting payment!!!!!!! When I call up I’m told it’s “pending” tried logging complaint twice and gets closed down as resolved without a response!!!

@Ryanair submitted claim 1st Sept, told on 13th Sept we were getting refund!!!! Now 10th October and STILL awaiting payment!!!!!

@facebook brothers account been hacked, email changed, phone number changed and deleted!!! No way of contacting Facebook and no way of recovering!!! Any help??

@ERH98x @Ryanair We booked flights home with Ryanair so they are refunding the cancelled flight and paying the difference on the new flight. That’s the only thing they’re coughing up for though
