YES. Lower ratios in all of these categories; the classroom, special ed, intervention, specialists, etc. Music, Art, PE more than just 2 times a week!

A4: This has really stumped me since I have never thought of this scenario. My mind goes to project based or real world application of skills but Ss of all levels should have these opportunities. I guess it would be easier if everyone had the same baseline of knowledge.
