@DJohnsonDrama I am so shocked and saddened to hear this. He was an amazing man and friend. He did a reading at my wedding. I will always think of him kindly.

@stmargaretsoldh Wow! This work is stunning. They must feel so proud.

@DavidDidau I wonder, do you have tips to help those ks2 children who continually leave out full stops and capital letters? Do you have any suggested reading for me? Many thanks!

Each week children @stmargaretsoldh vote for others who have displayed kindness and the child with the most votes receives a 🏆. Inza and Aiya have decided to redesign our nomination slips and have done a brilliant job. Thank you girls ❤️

What a gorgeous day we have had today 😊 The children loved making and decorating their own Gingerbread men.
And guess what…they ate them in one big bite, just like the fox 🦊 @stmargaretsoldh #books #science #eyfs #Reading

@stmargaretsoldh Such beautiful work, Heron class. Well done.

[St Margaret's C of E @stmargaretsoldh]

Some fantastic English work in Heron Class so far this year: children have written horoscopes (predictions for the year); boastful poems about each other and instructions to create another version of themselves. It’s been the perfect transition unit to get to know the children.

We’ve had such an exciting and busy start back to the new school year that we haven’t tweeted about it until now. Lovely to welcome lots of new children to @stmargaretsoldh and to see all the children’s responses to our new school library and outdoor spaces.

@missrgoodwin @stmargaretsoldh The stick insects are sleeping soundly after their meet and greet. The children were so brave and so good with them!

[missrgoodwin @missrgoodwin]

What a way to launch our new science topic! @Mrs_Strangwood brought in her pet stick insects and Oak class were lucky enough to look at and hold. #primaryscience #Bravery #APlaceToBECOME @stmargaretsoldh
