@NooPuddles I worked 0.92 (one afternoon off), did the entire job of HOD, spoke to the head re. Getting full pay and was told it wasn't the done thing to pay 100% of TLR. If I was braver I would have asked what 8% of the job she didn't want me to do. Instead I got a new job!

@Team_English1 currently working on Curriculum. Does anyone have an existing mastery document for what all Y7s should have learnt by the end of the year? I'm thinking reading, writing, oracy & SPAG - almost like ARE. Then what it would look like by end of Y8, then end of Y9? 🙏🙏

I find this concept unbearably moving. So many people who I no longer speak to or see for whatever reason who I still carry with me in how I dress, what I listen to, the slang I use, the morals I try to live by. How porous we are, how infinitely influential!
