@CityPowerJhb I've just been told that my ticket is under a area outage and it is not seen as an isolated case. How when I logged it as an isolated case?! I'm being told I need to log another ticket. And wait another 24 hours? It can't be. CP3384965 CP3386006. Please re-escalate both tickets.
@CityPowerJhb The problem lies in with the meter box outside our premises. The broken one that has been reported a number of times. The cable is not in the circuit breaker. When will you attend to it?? CP3384965
@CityPowerJhb It has been over 48 hours now without electricity!!! Our power outage was linked to the Peter road outage but we are so far from Peter road and EVERYONE in our area has electricity except us. This is an isolated case. CP3384965

@SAQALive I've been trying to confirm if UJ's MBA is SAQA accredited. I called the CHE and they say they have recommended it to SAQA, but I cannot find the SAQA number on UJ's website. Please confirm.
