@_jameshatfield_ @JulieLovesFluff I would imagine you are not allowed to gate it for emergency access but a diversion means car after car - tractors rolling through for 2 weeks - the damage or risk of an oil leak etc 🤷‍♀️
They wouldn’t reimburse you - do what you are doing 🙌

@MissKhan__ Definitely leadership scale - the only difference between them and a deputy is that the deputy HAS to deputise in absence of the head

However AH doesn’t - unless written in their contract

@BeingBoycie Interestingly - I have always had the flu jab and every year got flu!
Last year I was unwell to have it and never got round to rebooking - I never got flu 🤷‍♀️
Don’t know what to do this year either?

@jonnybid Oh my it has to be Varjak Paw - I used it as a book study with Year 6 and the writing I got out of it was amazing! It is so rich in vocabulary and language features and is just a good intriguing story adventure 🙌

I was criticised once for the word class cards - perhaps chose 3-5 at a time and make them a focus for the week / fortnight rather than them becoming wallpaper! 🤷‍♀️ just a thought
