@JDSports my daughter bought a top yesterday that is too big. She just tried to return it with the receipt and the label (the label was not attached) the staff member said she couldn’t return it because the label wasn’t attached.Your returns policy states 28days with the receipt

@SkyHelpTeam cancelled my contract, returned device (within cooling off) i am still being charged, despite 3x phone calls and numerous chats to your call centre and assurances that it would be sorted i have now had a letter chasing payment! I believe nothing I am ever told

#DPDuk I ordered a new phone but changed my mind, when I contact seller they told me that they couldn’t cancel as it had been sent but to refuse delivery and it would be sent back. I refused delivery, your driver marked as delivered and the seller has not received the parcel!

This was on Tuesday 7th Aug. Your driver has marked my parcel delivered and kept it. I contact the seller and all they say is it was delivered!! Disgusting company

@parcelforce But then what is happening? I redirected both to a local post office but one of them was attempted to be delivered to my house. You dont leave calling cards, you dont text or email updates, how am I supposed to know whats going to happen next?

@parcelforce you keep trying to deliver a parcel, I am at work when you come, you Dont leave a card so I dont know what your going to do next. Last night i re routed to the post office but today you tried to deliver to my home again how do I get you to redirect the parcel?
