Deep in Sequoia National Forest stands a natural wonder like no other, the General Sherman Tree. It may not be the tallest or the widest tree in the world, but by volume, it is the largest living single-stem tree on Earth.
This giant sequoia is truly massive. It stands about 275 feet (83 meters) tall and has a base diameter of over 36 feet (11 meters). Its enormous size gives it a volume of more than 52,000 cubic feet, making it the biggest tree by total wood volume.
The General Sherman Tree is also incredibly old. Scientists estimate it to be around 2,000 to 2,500 years old, meaning it was already standing long before many ancient civilizations rose and fell.
Despite its age, the tree is still alive and continues to grow slowly each year. Protected within Sequoia National Park, it attracts thousands of visitors who come to witness its incredible size and natural beauty.
The General Sherman Tree is a powerful reminder of nature’s strength, endurance, and the incredible scale of life on Earth. 🌲

- This means this system has a virtual copy of your key and your credit card information, meaning they can get your address

If a data leak or bad actors were involved it would be incredibly easy for someone to get your address, make a key and do whatever they’re going to do

The history of the Marine Room in La Jolla California- It is owned by the Kellogg family. They have been associated with the restaurant since it was transformed into a dining establishment in 1941.

It was originally built as the Spindrift Inn in 1916. It has a rich history, including the installation of bulletproof windows after strong waves smashed the original ones, and it has undergone significant renovations to withstand flooding and storm damage over the years.

It specializes in fine American cuisine and seasonal dishes, including a renowned lobster bisque and featuring fresh, seasonal seafood and signature dishes.

It is a bit pricey but you are paying for the fine dining and the experience.

I’m amazed it has survived literally on the Pacific Coast all these years.

It’s a renowned oceanfront restaurant with breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean that has been open since 1941. 🤯

Guests can enjoy dining with dramatic views of crashing waves, especially during high tide. 😳

I don’t think I could feel at ease chowing down at dinner with those waves hitting the glass like that. I’d be waiting for Jaws to come crashing through. 💯😂
