Watching Cuckoo @royalcourt was a a familiar dream. Seeing my gran on stage 9 months after losing was a healing tool I didn't know I needed. From club biscuits to Llandudno to the serving hatch to rollers. This is a beautifully observed play which left me stunned by its detail.
Take a peek inside the rehearsal room of #Cuckoo by Michael Wynne, directed by Vicky Featherstone 👀
Playing in the Jerwood Theatre Downstairs from 6 July.

@MickWhitleyMP As the ballot papers arrive, I urge all Birkenhead CLP members to vote for Mick, our sitting MP, who received a fresh overwhelming mandate from the trigger ballot, attends our all members’ meetings, welcoming questions & as promised, working hard to build a better Birkenhead🌹
@LabourList@MickWhitleyMP Mick Whitley has been a brilliant MP for Birkenhead. He has brought unity and a real sense of purpose to the local party. I urge all members in Birkenhead to vote for him to stay as our MP, building a better Birkenhead and be the voice of the people in our town in Parliament🌹
📢 "I’m one of a dwindling number of working-class MPs with real experience in industry, away from the rarefied world of Westminster. But I believe that’s exactly what our town needs."
