@tush_2708@MatrixMysteries I think the government wants Indian youth to go abroad, or at least wants them to feel that they can go abroad, so that there are fewer unemployed young people at home. Because if large numbers of young people are worried and unhappy, it could destabilize the government.

@i_m_harshitsing I think the dog just wanted to play. The poor dog doesn't look aggressive or like he wanted to attack. It seems like he only pushed the boy while trying to play. Dogs often jump on each other during play, so that's what it looks like to me....
