3) Praise publicly and criticize privately.
4) Apologize when needed.
5) Don’t take yourself too seriously.
We all know that kids in the school have “reputations.” Well… the adults have reputations too. I hope to be known as the one who always brings positive energy, the one who supports my colleagues, & the one who is all about the kids. How were you known this year?
@WausauJMarshall students participated in the Alexander Park Grand Opening at the Wausau Airport today! Thank you to our PTO for sponsoring an educational panel for students and families to enjoy for years to come! #Teach4Me#WausauSchools
Life is short. We’re not here to fill or kill time. We’re here to make good things happen for other people. We focus on that ... heaven on earth, baby. Happy 2.12 Day! #212Day

I’m inspired by teachers. But it is not usually their lessons that I find inspiring. It is their energy... their heart... and their passion, that fire me up. These teachers make the school a better place just by walking in the door! #joyfulleaders
