On this day last year, I was induced and eventually gave birth June 11. In the midst of that, I had a seizure and eventually a C section. So many moments where I wasn't heard as a new mom by medical professionals who were supposed to take care of me. This is heartbreaking.

Received the Moderna vaccine as soon as it was available to me. 37 years old, no underlying conditions.

1st shot: Arm was sore the next day but otherwise no side effects
2nd shot: Arm was sore & had fatigue the next morning but it was gone by afternoon

@candacerthomas I've had bright pink & orange, purple, blue, and Little Mermaid-esque red hair and it always just washed down the drain. I had to be a bit more diligent to make sure it wasn't staining but it was okay. I used @overtone in the shower as well so I definitely challenged my tile! 🚿

Approaching the one year mark on #workingfromhome due to the pandemic. During this time, I applied for a new position at the college, interviewed for it on Zoom, & got the job. Monday will be the start of my third week as Functional Lead Analyst and I absolutely LOVE it so far!
