Instead of admin doing walkthroughs, they could do "tag outs."

They take over your class so that you can walkthrough another teacher's class.

Admin learns about your class, how they learn, classroom behavior & relationships.

Teachers learn new ideas for lessons & management.

I'm not sure who needs to hear this but, Tier 2 & Tier 3 should be given in addition to Tier 1 not instead of 1.
When we say that it is ok for a student to miss or to not participate in x or y activity b/c= they are receiving Tier 2 or Tier 3 we are handicapping the intervention

Kids math data should be private. All those rocket ships and ice cream cones where they are in these competitive fluency races against each other does not motivate the ones who need it the most! Individual data binders where kids track their own data is what works!
