One way to reduce this number is to focus on hiring/retaining teachers. This is a political and social issue, not a flaw in our local guidance office or administration (contrary to popular belief).

The “experts” say class size doesn’t matter. But if numbers don’t matter. Why is the world record for balls juggled only 11. Yes 11. It’s not 30, 25, or even 20. It’s much easier to build relationships, differentiate & meet students needs with smaller class. Class size matter!
