Autumn Beauty.
My journey with Bipolar started in 2018. This recent time is another New Beginning to look at things in a different way. I love the saying “Stand tall like a Sunflower”. That is exactly what I have been doing while going through new things and being brave.
Currently I have been struggling with mental health issues. The things that have helped me a lot are my faith, friends and family. Also I read the book A work in progress by @Jarrett_Lerner and it opened my eyes as to why I have been struggling lately. This book was very good.

This summer we have been growing our very own pumpkins. This pumpkin is growing on a vine that is over 24 feet long. It has been so cool to see our pumpkins grow and this one is almost all orange.
This summer I have had fun taking pictures of the sunflowers that I grew. It is so cool to see the flowers grow from a seed to over 8 feet tall.
