“Ms. Brown...I think about this all the time... why do we listen to the Land Acknowledgement every single day?”

“Ms. Brown can we do our morning movement sooner? I’m feeling really tired today”
When kids can identify their emotions and ask for positive solutions !!!!! 🤗🔥
So I keep hearing the reasoning behind the idea of canceling March break so that kids can catch up on work they missed over the “extended Christmas holiday.” What about the 1000s of kids who were in virtual school that didn’t skip a beat. They don’t need to catch up #OnEd

I started planning my math program using #mathology. Honestly, can’t believe how amazing this digital resource is. Planning virtual explorative math isn’t always easy. Thank you @tdsbvs for purchasing this!! 🧮📐📖
We had friendship club at the end of the day. They’re in multiple breakout rooms, just talking and enjoying. This is the most fun they’ve had all year. They just want to be kids 💗💗💗
We’ve been doing story retells through dramatic play. The students are loving it! Gives them to opportunity to be creative and practice their “author” voices. #VirtualLearning#LC3
